Attribution Requirements: Direct Use: When providing simulations or other API responses directly to end users, you must attribute NCAAGameSim.com as the source. Aggregated Results: Aggregated results can be provided without attribution, though attribution is preferred. However, if more than 25% of the output in any report, dataset, or publication is derived from the API, attribution is required. Intellectual Property & Ownership of Data Ownership: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the API, including all intellectual property rights. Users may use such data within the scope of these Terms but may not claim exclusive ownership over API-generated outputs. 5. Termination & Revocation of Access We may terminate or suspend your access to the API at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: Breach of these Terms. Excessive API usage beyond limits. Misrepresentation of API output. Use of API in connection with gambling operations. Use of API in a competing service in violation of the competition restriction. 6. Liability & Indemnification Disclaimer: The API is provided "as-is" and without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of the API. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NCAAGameSim.com and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the API, your violation of these Terms, or any claims made against you by third parties. 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. 8.
